This Healthy Strawberry Parfait recipe is layered with fresh strawberries, yogurt and topped with granola.
The perfect little treat when you're craving something sweet but trying to be healthy is one of my Strawberry Parfaits. Layered with fresh strawberries and yoghurt, topped with granola for some crunch, they are fresh and sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth!
I like to use plain greek yoghurt in replacement of cream to keep this little treat healthy and packed full of protein. Also by using a natural sweetener instead of sugar.
