Ingredients

strawberries
▢

cup
plain Greek or coconut yoghurt
▢
1
tablespoon
rice malt syrup
▢
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
▢
Handful of granola
Instructions
Dice strawberries into small cubes
Add half of the strawberries to the bottom of your glasses
In a bowl, mix all remaining ingredients except for granola
Pour yoghurt mixture into strawberry glasses
Add remaining strawberries layered on top of the yoghurt. Top with
granola
and enjoy!

Make sure to serve in glass cups so you can see the layers in between
You can use honey/maple syrup or any other sweetener in replacement of rice malt syrup
To make it a vegan version, ensure to use coconut or vegan yoghurt
