Preheat oven to 180℃/350℉. Place almonds on a baking tray and roast for 10-12 minutes
Allow the nuts to cool down slightly and pour into a food processor or high speed blender and blendIt's best to stop every few minutes and push down the mixture with a spatula to also give the food processor a break and cool down
Continue blending the mixture and you will notice the texture will slowly start becoming creamy and less lumpy. It can take about 20-30 minutes
Once you have a perfect creamy consistency, I love adding a good pinch of salt and blend again. Allow the almond butter to cool down then transfer it to a mason jar or an airtight container and enjoy it with a piece of toast, on Banana Bread, or even Overnight Oats!
