Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions
In a shallow bowl, add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Finely chop the fresh herbs and olives and add to the bowl
Grate in the garlic clove and add the oregano, red pepper flakes and sea salt. Stir well so all the ingredients are combined and serve alongside fresh homemade focaccia or crusty bread
