Ingredients

rolled oats
▢

tablespoon
chia seeds
▢

teaspoon
ground flax seeds
▢

teaspoon
raw cacao powder
▢
1
teaspoon
maple syrup
▢
1
tablespoon
peanut butter (I've used crunchy PB)
▢

date

cup
almond milk
Instructions
Add the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup and peanut butter into a mason jar or bowl
Pour over the almond milk and mix well together, make sure the milk covers the top of the oats
Remove the pit from the date, chop into small pieces, add to the jar and mix together
Cover and place into the fridge overnight to set
The next morning, give it a mix and add a splash of milk if it's too thick
Top with your favorite toppings, I love adding sliced banana, cacao nibs and a drizzle of peanut butter :)
