Makaroni (Persian Spaghetti) has been one of my favourite dishes since childhood!

Traditionally made with a meat sauce, however I've put my spin on it making it vegan

Once flipped, it will look like a beautiful spaghetti cake! With the best part, the crispy top which is called Tahdig

Every bite is so satisfying!
