Preheat your oven at 180°C/350°F
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl
Add wet ingredients and mix together well
Pour mixture onto a lined baking tray with baking paper, flattening to an even level and press down so it sticks together.
Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes
Remove the baking tray and stir with a spoon to move it all around, flatten the mixture, press down again with the back of a spoon and then place back in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden
Remove tray and leave to cool for at least 5-10 minutes
You will notice the mixture will be stuck together in one big piece, so once cooled, break up with your fingers to desired size pieces for your clusters. If you prefer it finer, you can use the back of a spoon to tap and break it up further.
