Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

  • 60-80 g rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (I've used crunchy PB)
  • 1 date
  • ¾ cup almond milk


  • Add the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup and peanut butter into a mason jar or bowl
  • Pour over the almond milk and mix well together, make sure the milk covers the top of the oats
  • Remove the pit from the date, chop into small pieces, add to the jar and mix together
  • Cover and place into the fridge overnight to set
  • The next morning, give it a mix and add a splash of milk if it's too thick
  • Top with your favorite toppings, I love adding sliced banana, cacao nibs and a drizzle of peanut butter :)
