Ingredients

rocket leaves (also known as arugula)

g
parmigiano reggiano
▢

medium
green pear
▢
Handful of walnuts
Dressing
▢

tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
▢

teaspoon
balsamic vinegar
▢
Sea salt
Instructions
Slice the pear into thin slices
Using a peeler, shave your parmigiano reggiano cheese into thin strips
Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt in a small bowl and mix together
Add rocket to a salad bowl and pour over the dressing, give it a quick toss together to coat all of the rocket leaves
Add pear and parmesan to the salad and mix together
With your fingers, crumble over the walnuts and serve
