Healthy Strawberry Parfait

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek or coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbs rice malt syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Handful of granola


  • Dice strawberries into small cubes
  • Add half of the strawberries to the bottom of your glasses
  • In a bowl, mix all remaining ingredients except for granola
  • Pour yoghurt mixture into strawberry glasses
  • Add remaining strawberries layered on top of the yoghurt
  • Top with granola and enjoy!


  • Make sure to serve in glass cups so you can see the layers in between 
  • You can use honey/maple syrup or any other sweetener in replacement of rice malt syrup 
  • To make it a vegan version, ensure to use coconut or vegan yoghurt
