  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce (I prefer using salt reduced soy sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon grated/minced ginger (I love ginger so I double this)
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce / chilli (more or less depending how spicy you like it)
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds


  • In a small bowl or ramekin add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and sriracha sauce. Whisk them together
  • Grate the garlic and ginger and add to the sauce
    Garnish with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds and allow to marinade for 5 minutes
  • Pan fry in a skillet or steam your gyoza and dip into this yummy Gyoza Dipping Sauce!
