Natures Cereal is the latest food trend on Tiktok and is one right down my alley! It’s a breakfast recipe that consists of colourful berries with coconut water and ice then eaten with a spoon.
It not only looks beautiful and inviting, but it also tastes so refreshing. It's also extremely healthy being full of nutrients, antioxidants and is great for hydration.
The name Natures Cereal comes from all the ingredients being pure and derived from Mother Nature. With the berries resembling the cereal and the coconut water resembling milk.
It's the perfect bowl of goodness to enjoy especially on a hot day as it's so fresh and extremely hydrating. This recipe is also great as a snack in between meals or for dessert.

I first saw the lovely Lizzo post a video on Tiktok trying Natures Cereal in which she raved about how tasty it was and that she was addicted to it.
I was craving the dish all night and had to buy the ingredients the next morning to see what the hype was about!
Needless to say, after the first spoon I was pleasantly surprised with how fresh it was, and with every mouthful, I kept wanting more!
The original creator of Natures Cereal is Natures_food. This creator refers to the dish as his breakfast cereal and explains that it helps him with digestion along with a boost of energy.
Ingredients to Make Natures Cereal TikTok Recipe
This is what you will need:
- Pomegranate Seeds
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
- Ice cubes
- Coconut water
You can substitute and add any of your favourite fruits and berries such as:
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Dragonfruit
How to Make Natures Cereal TikTok Recipe
Start by adding a handful of pomegranate seeds to a bowl. They’re my favourite part of the dish as I love their crunchy texture with a burst of flavour when they’re chewed in your mouth.
These gorgeous little jewels also super high in antioxidants, vitamin C, and nutrients.
Add a handful of blackberries to the bowl which have a pop of tarty flavour along with being full of nutrients, antioxidants and vitamins.
Add a handful of fresh blueberries which are also a crowd favourite when it comes to berries. They’re sweet yet sour and juicy and are also full of nutrients, antioxidants, and vitamins
Pour over coconut water which adds to the refreshing component of the dish. It’s high in natural electrolytes and natural sugars along with a whole list of nutrients.
If you’re not using a raw coconut, make sure to buy coconut water which is made from 100% coconuts and doesn’t include any added sugars or other ingredients.
Adding a few ice cubes will make sure your Natures Cereal is nice and cold keeping it fresh, light and crisp
You can also get as creative as you like with this fun concept!
I’ve since made a new variation using a baby watermelon which I cut in half, removed most of the flesh, and used the watermelon as the bowl.
I loved this idea as it meant with each spoonful, I was also able to scoop some of the watermelon from the edges which took the dish to another level!
